New Bedford Jumbo Porgies
Captain Dave reports a steady pick of some nice market size scup.We had a bit of every species including Striped Bass Black fish and some nice keeper Sea Bass which were returned unharmed. The pool winner was Mr Ian Ganich from Teaneck, NJ with a 3lb porgy.

Montauk Jumbo Spring Porgies

Captain Carl reports another lock and load day with lots of double headers coming over the rails. We could not have asked for a better day on the Porgy grounds. Bobby Krug had a 6lb Fluke. Fishing is great, we are SOLD OUT on Saturday. Spots open for all other days, We are sailing 7 days. Reservations are required.

28 Hour Tile Trip
Captain Steven Sr reports tough conditions  with a stiff 20knots north west wind. This  made it very difficult to hold bottom. The wind would drop out for a few minutes and we would catch, 15 minutes later the wind would pick up and holding bottom was very difficult and  we had no bites. By the end of the day we found some nice quality fish in the 15-30 lb range. We had a decent shot of hake, one Barrel fish weighing 15lbs. Sadly this angler was not in the pool. All in all it was not what we had hoped for due to mother nature but we did manage to put a little something together. The Pool winner was Chris Renna  from Kings Park, NY   with a 30lb Tile. The  edible pool winner was Peter Christoforou with a 14lbs Hake.
