Block Island Behemoth Striped Bass
Captain Carl reports a slow night on the Viking Starship tonight. We had a couple slobs and lost just as many, then the bite completely shut down for the second half of the trip. We covered a lot of grounds and secret spots, but the fish were just not on the chew. Eddie Kantar won first place in the pool with a 44lb 4oz BEHEMOTH and Yinuer Rostad from the great country of Norway won second place with a 40lb 11oz slob moo cow!

Half Day Fluke PM
Captain Joey D reports a very good afternoon of fishing. We had a mixed bag with a bunch of keeper fluke, sea bass and porgies. It was good action all afternoon. Today’s pool winner was Keith Mattiolo of Farifield CT with a 6.75lb fluke.

Half Day Fluke AM
Captain Joey D reports a good morning of fishing aboard the Viking Star. It was a really nice day on the water and we had tons of action with lots of shorts, a nice handful of keepers and some sea bass in the mix. Today’s pool winner was Robert Jones of Irvington, NJ with a 5lb fluke.
