Block Island Behemoth Bass
Captain Carl reports another absolutely spectacular night bass fishing trip! It took a little while for the tide to get right and we didn’t have a bite for the first 2 hours, but then it was game on! We had a sold out crowd aboard and everyone had a blast slaying moo cow linesiders. We ended up with another full boat limit of quality striped bass! Beautiful weather, a full moon, a happy crowd and a deck load of big bass made for one of those nights not to be forgotten! Tonight’s first place pool winner was Joe Welz of Smithtown with a 39.7lb striped bass and in second place was Jack Trinceri of Lindenhurst with a 37.2lb striped bass.
