Full Day Fluke and Sea Bass
Captain Sarah reports despite the pouring rain this morning, our hardcore full day fisherman and women were able to put together quite the catch! Many limited out on large sea bass and nice sized fluke. We also saw some porgies come over the rails. All in all a good day on the Stariper! The pool winner was Felix Cuevas of North Babylon with a 6.7lb fluke.

Half Day Fluke PM
Capt Dave G reports a nice afternoon of fishing aboard the Viking Star. The weather cleared during the trip and we caught plenty of keeper fluke, sea bass and porgies. The pool winner was 11 year old Sophie Miller of Bronxville with a 4.2lb fluke.

1/2 Day Fluke AM
Capt Dave G reports a good morning of fishing aboard the Viking Star. Despite the rain, the fish were biting! We had nice keeper fluke, nice sea bass and porgies all around. The biggest fish on the boat was caught by Angelo Demetroulakos.

Montauk Jumbo Summer Porgies & Seabass
Captain Dave reports a good morning of Porgy fishing aboard the Viking Starship. There was a mixed bag today with plenty of good sized Porgies but only a handful of  Seabass. There was a bunch of Fluke too and one Striper. The pool winner was Ronald Maryland from Bayshore, Long Island with a 3lb Porgy.

Montauk LongRange LTD Passenger Behemoth Night Striped Bass
Capt Carl reports a great night of Bass fishing considering not so great conditions! We picked away all night catching one a drift, two a drift, sometimes zero a drift, but adding up by nights end to a very good amount of Striped Bass. The size quality wasn’t as good as we have become accustomed to, but we still had a bunch over 20 lbs, a couple over 30, and the pool winner caught by Dusty Amodio from Philidelphia, PA with a 40.3 lb beauty!
