Montauk Jumbo Porgies and Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports a nice start with some difficult conditions. We had a hard tide running this morning but at the end of the day on our last drop we got em! We put some extra time in and got some really nice sized porgies and almost everyone had their limit of sea bass with to 4lbs and 3 keeper striped bass. Today’s pool winner was Ronald Burrus of Queens with a nice 4lb porgy.

Half Day Fluke AM
Captain Joey D reports challenging sea conditions this morning but the Viking anglers were up to the task! We finished up the morning with a nice mix of fluke, jumbo porgies and sea bass. The pool winner today was Chris Scott of Williston Park with a nice 4.3lb fluke.

Half Day Fluke PM
Captain Joey D reports very good fishing this afternoon. The fishing has been tough, but this afternoon we had a change in wind direction and this made for much better conditions with nice size fluke brought on board. It was a great trip! The pool winner was 14 year old Zack Johnson from Salisbury, MD with a 7.5lbs fluke.

Montauk LongRange LTD Passenger Behemoth Night Striped Bass
Capt Carl reports a great night of Bass Fishing once again on the Viking Starship! Right away the bite was on with quality moo cow linesiders hitting the deck! It was solid action of all big bass for the first 2 hours until the tide slacked off. Then we fished the ebb as well but they shut down for the rest of the night. We were only 3 bass shy of our boat limit, so all in all it was great fishing! Tom Johnson from Eastport, NY took the pool with a 36.2 lb beauty.
