Montauk Jumbo Summer Porgies & Seabass
Captain Dave reports a slower day of fishing than normal aboard the Viking Starship. There was lots of smaller fish to sift through but they still managed to get a good catch. There was a mixed bag of Porgies, Fluke and Seabass. There was even a 14lb Striped Bass caught By George Garden from the Bronx who won first and second place in the pool.

1/2 Day Fluke AM
Captain Dave G reports a slow morning of Fluke Fishing aboard the Viking Star. The conditions were very breezy and the bite wasn’t great. They still managed to catch some nice keeper fluke. The pool winner was Mike Salaby from Brooklyn witha 7.5lb Fluke, closely followed by Mark Hopkins from Bayshore New York with a 7.4lb fluke.

Sunset Striped Bass
Capt Dave reports a good trip aboard the Viking Starship. We had bass up to 30lbs, a bunch of blue fish and a couple of seabass.
