BI Cod/Sea Bass – Viking Fivestar
Capt Steven Jr reports that we got out on our first Block Island Cod and Sea Bass trip and we had an excellent day! We had good action throughout the day and put together a nice pile of fish. The seabass were all quality sized and more cod were gaffed then measured. By the end of the day we had a boat limit of XL seabass and  around 60 keeper cod with some scup in the mix as well. We have a bunch more of this and other bottom fishing trips coming up this fall. So check out the schedule or give the office a call and get on a trip before they fill up.

Night Striped Bass
Capt Steven Sr reports a very tough night of bass fishing. The weather conditions were rougher than we expected and we didn’t land and keepers.

Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass
Capt Dave reports that the porgies were off the bite today. We moved around a lot and when we got into the larger porgies the smaller ones would show up. The sea bass and cod bit well today. The first place pool winner was Felix Palencia with w 4.2 lb jumbo porgy. The edible pool winner was Alaick Watts from Brooklyn with a 14 lb cod.
