Half Day Fishing AM
Captain Joey D reports an amazing day of fishing today aboard the Viking Star. It was a slow start with the strong tide from the full moon, but as the morning pushed on, the fishing just got better. We had tons of some really nice flukes, and a handful of porgies and a bunch of nice sea bass. Honorable mention goes out to Viking’s own office girl Aoife Coleman from Ireland with a nice big 6.4lb fluke! And another special mention to Viking regular Angelo Demetroulakos who limited out today! First place in the pool went to Bruno Panaccialli from Islip NY with a big 6.5lb Fluke and second place went to Julianno Lorusso from Merrick NY with a 6.25 Fluke!
