Montauk Jumbo Lighthouse Porgies – Viking Stariper
Capt Carl reports a fine day of Porgy fishing on the Viking Stariper. It started off slow, until we got dialed in on good steady fishing with medium, large and Jumbo Porgies with a couple giant ones over 4 lbs! We also threw back a bunch of big beautiful SeaBass. Almost everyone retained their limit of Porgies. Wilfrado Mercado from Bronx, NY took the pool with a 4.2 lb Jumbo Porgy.
