Block Island Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass
Capt Dave reports a slower day then we have been seeing on the Viking Starship. We had a rough start with dirty water due to yesterday’s weather, but it progressively got nicer and the fish began to bite. We had a lot of small to medium Sea Bass, a lot of Porgies, and a handful of Cod. Today’s Pool winner was Brendan Kalen from Point Pleasent, New Jersey with a 2 1/4 lb Porgy, y and Zhzyein from Flushing with a 14 lb Cod.
