Wed July 27 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass

Capt Dave reports a pretty decent day of fishing on the Viking Starship. The tide was ripping around the Lighthouse this morning so we had to make a lot of quick drifts to catch our limit of Porgies. The SeaBass fishing was a little off today in that we had to pick through some smaller size Bass till we got our limit of keepers. We even had a couple keeper Fluke and a handful of Mackerell on the boat. The first place pool winner went to Boo from Brooklyn with a 2 1/2 lb Porgy.
