Sun Oct 29 – Block Island Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports a very good day of fishing today on the Viking Starship. We had a lot of action today with all some quality Porgies and SeaBass. Both the SeaBass and Porgies were on the larger size than we have been seeing, with not as many small SeaBass to pick through. Fishing in the deeper water brought in about a dozen keeper Cod and some Mackerell. The first prize pool winner went to Peter Wong from NYC with a 2.2 lb Porgy. We are definitely sailing tomorrow at 5AM. The office will open at 4AM for check in and ticket sales.
