Sun Sept 14 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Seabass

Capt Dave reports a good day on the Viking Starship. The morning tide brought us excellent fishing. We got some beautiful Porgies with some Seabass mixed in. After a bit we decided to go a bit offshore where we had great fishing. Good Porgy and Seabass action, some Trigger fish, and tons of Mackerel. All in all it was good fishing on a beautiful day! The first place pool winner was Kenny from the Bronx, NY, with a 3 lb Porgy. The second place pool winner was Jose Hernandez from Elizabeth, NY, with a 5 lb Trigger fish.
