Tue July 21 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports another great day of fishing on the Viking Starship. We started out at the lighthouse with excellent Porgy fishing landing a lot of nice size fish. Then we headed east for Sea Bass and tried a couple of rock piles. We found mostly small stuff and kept a handful. There were also Porgies there. The pool winner was Ron Lawyer from Brooklyn, NY with a 2.7 lb Porgy. Unfortunately the trip for tomorrow is cancelled due to the very windy weather expected.
