Wed Sept 9 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports a good morning on the Viking Starship. We started off down the beach with a steady pick of Large and Jumbo Porgies for about 2 hours.
When that ran out we anchored East of the lighthouse half way between Montauk and Block Island with a good action catching mixed sized Porgies and Seabass, Blues and Fluke.
Pool winner was Julio Ribot of Bronx, NY with a 3 lb Porgy.
