1/2 Day Fluke AM Captain Aaron reports a solid afternoon of fishing aboard the Viking Stariper. We had lots of fluke and sea bass biting. The pool winner was Jennifer Leahy from Locust Valley NY with a 5.4lb fluke and and in a close second was Katie Vey from Ashburn Virginia with a 5.2lb Fluke!

Montauk Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Sea Bass Captain Dave reports an excellent day of fishing today aboard the Viking Starship. We had mostly large and jumbo porgies today with a mix of some nice sized sea bass. Everyone ended up with their limit of sea bass and a nice pile of porgies, mackerel, trigger fish and a couple fluke in the mix. Everyone had a little bit of everything and it was all good sized stuff! Jorge Hernandez won the pool with a 3.5lb pogy and in second place was EK Papoutis of PA with a 7.4lb fluke.

1/2 Day Fishing – PM Capt Joey D reports a good trip on the Viking Star. There was a lot of actions with keepers and shorts around the boat. We had all of the usual suspects of Fluke, Sea Bass and Porgies. The first place pool winner was 10 year old Davin Barksdale from Mahopac, NY with a 4 lb Fluke. The second place pool winner was Steve Bento with a 3.5 lb Fluke. Way to go Steve with first and second place pool winners for the day!

1/2 Day Fishing – AM Capt Joey D reports good fishing this morning on the Viking Star. We had a lot of action with Fluke, Sea Bass and Porgies being caught. The pool winner was Steve Bento with a 6.5 lb Fluke.

Montauk Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Sea Bass Captain Dave reports another good day of fishing aboard the Viking Starship. We had a nice shot of large to jumbo porgies all morning. We then went for some sea bass and found a nice pile mixed in with the porgies. We also had a bunch of trigger fish, mackerel and a handful of fluke. Today’s first place pool winner was Maurice Wauchope of Hempstead with a 3lb porgy and in second place was Luiz Maibudio of Brentwood with a 4.5lb sea bass.

Night Striped Bass Captain Bill reports a good night of bass fishing. We had our boat limit! The pool winner was Nicky Berenson 38lb striped bass.
