Capt Dave reports good fishing today on the Viking starship. There was a good amount of action on the boat. They started the morning inshore close to Block Island where they caught the majority of their Sea Bass for the day. There were some good size Bass coming up and small Porgies. Slowly they worked their way offshore and caught some large sized Porgies in the deep. There were a handful of Cod on the boat and quiet a few Mackerel. Overall good day of fishing. The pool winner went to Kyle Jones from Brooklyn, NY with a 3.5lb Porgy. The edible pool winner went to William Ponce from Shirley, NY with an 8lb Cod fish.

Capt Dave reports an okay day on the Viking Starship. There was a lot of small Porgies and Sea Bass with the larger fish hard to find again. There was better action with larger Porgies than the Sea Bass. We also had a handful of Cod and a ton of Mackerel. Capt Dave reports a good day on the Viking Starship. We started out in the shallow water and it was loaded with Porgies and SeaBass that were on the smaller side. We took a look around after being off the past two days and found bigger Porgies and Sea Bass on the deeper edges along with some Cod. The pool winner was Henry Logan from Brooklyn, NY with a 2.5 lb Porgy.

Capt Dave reports that despite the inclement conditions it was a pretty good day on the Viking Starship. The bite was tough to feel, but we had a good steady pick of medium to large Porgies and SeaBass with some Jumbos mixed in. There were also a bunch of Cod. The first place pool winner was Jose Guillermo Solis Reyes from North Carolina with a Jumbo 3.7 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Alan Matica from Maryland with an 8.1 lb Cod. All fishing trips are CANCELLED tomorrow due to the windy conditions expected.

Capt Dave reports an awesome day of fishing on the Viking Starship. We stayed in the deep water for the trip. It was definitely quality over quantity today with all Large to Jumbo Porgies with plenty of SeaBass mixed in. We also had 10 keeper Cod and a lot of Mackerel. The first place pool winner was Ben Albin from Freeport, NY with a 3 lb Scup. The edible pool winner was Don Wu from Queens, NY with a 4.4 lb Jumbo Knothead SeaBass!
