Half Day Fluke AM
Captain Joe reports overall good fishing today. We started the day a little slow due to the wind. Once the sun came out the fish came out too. The pool winners family had a total of 6 keepers. We ended the day with a very strong finish. The pool winner was Jeffery Peterson from Middletown, NY with a 6lb fluke. The second place pool winner was Thomas Orlando from Hicksville, NY with a 4.5lb fluke.

Full Day Porgies
Captain Dave reports good fishing today. A lot of decent size porgies were caught today. We had some nice size sea bass up to 4lbs. The pool winner was Sandy Imanuel from NY, NY with a 3lb porgy.

Half day Fluke PM
Captain Joe reports good fishing today with lots of action. Everybody caught a bunch of fish. We caught really nice quality size fluke. We also had a bunch of sea bass and some porgies and blue fish as well. The pool winner is Brendan Monteneyro from New Hyde park, NY with a 5.75lb fluke. The second place pool winner was Emily Lutz from Nilton, CT with a 4.25lb fluke.

Night Striped Bass
Captain Anthony reports a very good night of bassing. Once we put the jigs away what a difference a new moon makes. We had a slow pick to start with blues hopping on the iron and only 1 rat. Once we switched, again a pick. We rock hopped and the bite definitely turned on. The last hour of fishing was the best with 2-3 coming each drift. George Jehn had 4 keepers leading the way and edging Jonny “Jesus of the Elbow” who had three. James Roben age 8 limited out and Andrew Roben age 10 caught 1 bass and a blue. The pool winner was Mike Contelli from Westchester, NY with a 27lb bass. The second place pool winner was Jeff Lowe from Pleasant Point, NY with a 23lb bass.
