Evening Live Eel Trip
Capt. Ant reports insanity on the mighty Starship.  Full boat limit, with mixed sizes from 16 inches to 38lbs caught by Chris cool hand Luke who tallied 11 for the night.  Frank Stoutenberg came back and whacked them again.  Newly married Sam Kelly was allowed out and whacked 5.  Surfcaster Alex Kassian had 6.  Once it turned on it just would not turn off, crazy night.  Doug Seay had his limit and then some.  All who caught more only retained the legal amount.

Block Island Porgies and Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports a slower day today due to the full moon conditions, but we had some really nice nice quality fish today. We didn’t have a lot, but everything coming over the rails were BIG BIG porgies and sea bass. We also had about a half dozen keeper cod. Today’s first place pool winner was Milton Nelson of Deer Park with a 3.8lb porgy and in second place was Barron Uamilten of Amityville with a 7lb cod.

Full Moon Tuna/ Sword Ultra Limited
Captain Carl reports a slower trip compared to what we have been seeing, but still put a catch together. Trolling on Day 1 saw plenty of mahi mahi and also a yellowfin and a couple albacore. We set up for the night and had some early bites of yellowfin and albacore, then everything shut down for the rest of the night. Day 2 saw more great mahi fishing on the troll, but no tunas. Again we set up for the second night and again we saw early action with a couple yellowfin and albacore and a couple released pup swords and we lost a couple good swords. Day 3 saw rough weather and tough fishing on the troll besides a couple more mahi mahi. That night, again we released a couple small swords but got one keeper out of it. All in all fishing was slower on the tunas than it has been, but we had lots of mahi mahi up to 25lbs for everyone. Bob Gregson from Newtown, CT took both pools with a 60lb yellowfin and an 80lb swordfish.
