Night Striped Bass

Captain Ant reports,The best overall trip we had all year. with a full boat we had our limit all on jigs. Fish were between 10lbs and 35lbs we just hit it right tonight a total of 7 long drifts had the linesiders following the Starship over half a mile at a time. If i wrote all the names of the limited out fares you would get 90% of the roster Sick Fishing! Pool winner Shawn Donovan from Huntington, NY with 35lbs Second place Gene Faucella Roslyn, NY with a 31lbs  We will be Jigging again Sunday  at 5.30 sharp!

Half Day Fishing PM
Fishing was good this afternoon. Sea bass action had an edge over the fluke. It turned out to be a very nice day on the water. The pool winner was John Moses from Larksville PA.

Full Day Porgies and Sea Bass
Capt Dave reports very good fishing from start to finish today. Mostly very large porgies, some sea bass, a few bluefish and 1 keeper striped bass. Troy Parham from Brooklyn NY took the porgy pool with a 3.5lber. Apollo Abiad from the Philippines took the biggest edible pool with a 15lb striped bass.

Half Day Fishing AM
Capt Joe reports a very good day despite the weather. We had a nice mix of fluke and some sea bass, all in all nice fishing this morning. the pool winner was Wallace Zeins from Glen Head NY with a nice 6lb 10oz fluke.
