Block Island Porgies and Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports an okay day of fishing today. We stopped midway and had a good steady pick of mostly smaller sized porgies, and then made our way to Block and picked up some nice cod, jumbo porgies and a few sea bass. We moved again and had 2 really great drifts for sea bass and then the rest of the afternoon was a little quiet. All in all it was an okay day and everyone left happy. Today’s pool winner was David Lee of Flushing with a 3.75 lb porgy.
