Block Island Jumbo Porgies and Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports as he did yesterday that it is PORGY TIME!!! We had lots of really big porgies today. We went looking for the sea bass and ended up with a decent catch of pretty nice sized fish up to 6lbs. We did have some blues and about a half dozen cod in the mix. Today’s first place pool winner was Mark Rafferty of Medford with a JUMBO 4.75 lb porgy and in second place was Ron Stehn of Combs Bait and Tackle with a 15lb cod.
