Block Island Behemoths
Capt. Ant reports a Behemoth night on the Behemoth grounds.  It was exactly what we were hoping.  15 Trophy Bass landed over the trip.  By no means was it a bail job, and we were attacked by some whopper choppers as well, but when we had the tide…WOW..one biggun after another.  We took 5 back to the dock for weigh-ins.  Here is the list:
Chad 38.3lbs (disciple of Jonny Jesus of the Elbow)
Chris Goggola 40.2lbs
JB Breitstone 40.3lbs (2nd place Pool)
Jen Blomquist 39.5lbs (perfect technique even with JB’s coaching:):))
Joe Stratmann 44.4lbs (Pool Winner)
Add another 3 to the Moo Cownter. I’d call last night a steady pick, but when your picking cows, it definitely makes for a fun evening!!!!
Check out the pix and happy Viking anglers. Thanks for the return of Capt. Eric, along with Headshot Justin and Jesse one time for doing an exceptional job as always. The old team was clicking on all cylinders working the lines, the rods and the gaffs with ease.
Tonight we have two trips, our local jig/eel at 6p and Midnight MooCow Madness which will be hitting some of the drops we made last night at 12 Midnight. Please call to reserve.
Full Day Fluke and Sea Bass
Capt Carl reports a good day on the Full Day Fluke and Seabass trip. It started off tough with wind against tide, but got better and better as the day got nicer and nicer. We had a couple guys limit out, including Steve Bento, and had some nice flukes, jumbo sea bass, and giant scup! Brendan Farrel from East Hampton, NY took the fluke pool with a 6.1 pounder, and Paul Sciacca from Massapequa Park, NY took the sea bass pool with a 5.1 pound JUMBO!
