Block Island Porgies and Sea Bass
Captain reports a bit of a slow day today in Block Island. The porgy bite was a bit off, but the ones we managed to get were a very nice size. We also had some really nice size sea bass, and a few keeper cod in the mix. A big thanks to Harvey Broadnax and gang from Michigan who fished with us for 2 days in a row and caught a bunch of fish! Today’s first place pool winner was Anastasios Tsiatis of Bellmont with a 4lb porgy and in second was Danny Ko of Brooklyn with an 8lb cod.
