Tuesday July 9

Half Day Fluke PMCaptain Joe reports another great afternoon of fluke fishing! There was tons of action with fluke and scup and we also saw some really nice sea bass (all released unharmed) but we will have to wait until tomorrow to bring those beauties home! Michele Wisch of Stanford CT took the pool with her 4.5lb fluke!

Full Day Montauk Porgies
Captain Dave reports an okay day of fishing today. It was a little slow in the morning, but picked up a bit in the afternoon with a couple fluke, some bluefish and some porgies. We also had a handful of sea bass (all released unharmed). Just a reminder- Sea Bass opens tomorrow July 10 in NY!!! So make sure you are here for the first day! Alfredo Olivo Orokn of Brooklyn took the pool with his 3.5lb porgy.

Half Day Fluke AM
Captain Joe went back to where we left the fish biting yesterday and the bite was still on. Plenty of shorts were caught to start the day and then the keepers started coming over the rail. Pete Ferguson limited out with fluke up to 5 lbs. The pool winner was Brian Bates from Islip, NY with a 4.5 lb Fluke.
